Booked a test drive in advance
Booked a test drive in advance, only to receive a call saying it had been cancelled because the car was apparently out on loan. I had already made arrangements to attend, so this was a complete waste of my time. I ended up booking with another dealer instead. Very unprofessional and poor communication. If the vehicle isn’t available for a test drive, customers should be informed before confirming the appointment. I would avoid this dealer.
