I purchased an Ender 3v3 Plus with CoPrint KCM 8x module and after nearly a month of them sending me a bunch of replacement parts and it still does NOT work. They expect 'me' to pay to ship everything back to f'ing China! At my cost, which for the weight of a 3D printer with ALL the extruder kits for 8x filaments is a small fortune to ship back from Australia. #product quality #customer service #business practices
