Me and my parner attended 3 days Yoga retreat program at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram Rishikesh. We were searching for a genuine retreat program just to explore Yoga in ourself under a proper guidence and it turnout to be an ultimate experience for us. All trainers in Vinyasa are well qualified, experienced and very much cooperative. They have customised this retreat program for us in which we have done Pranayam and Asana sessions, Meditation sessions, sound healing session, also they have arranged beach side yoga for us to feel the vibe on the bank of Ganges.
