Never recieved product.
This company initially claimed they had shipped the glasses via Yodel, but the tracking numbers provided were not recognised by Yodel. When I attempted to resolve the issue via email, they employed repeated delay tactics for over a month. Eventually, they sent a photo of what appeared to be a random floor covered in parcels, bizarrely claiming it was our address – it clearly wasn’t. After raising a dispute through PayPal, they suddenly changed their story and claimed a different courier – a Chinese delivery company based in China – had supposedly delivered the item in the UK, contradicting their original Yodel claim. We never received the product, only false information and time-wasting. The takeaway: stick to established UK-based retailers to avoid situations like this.
