Prompt and reliable customer service
I've always had smooth, friendly, and prompt customer service experiences with Shinjiru and this was the same. They really could have told me to go away and laughed at me for making the mess that I did, yet again, but they went above and beyond to keep me happy. They also don't have that cold corporate customer care tone. Reminds me of dealing with small local service providers.
