RESOLVED - Scammed out of 500 USDT 4/14/23
RESOLVED - finally got my Crypto on my wallet, after a few days of waiting. However, support feels like automated response. Deposited my Crypto on Friday 4/14/23, close to $500 worth of TERC20. To this day - 4/17/23 - no sign of my crypto on the wallet they provided. Contacted Customer Service several times and all they answer is 'no worries, you will have it credited to your account" or "our manager is reviewing the issue" but no crypto back to my wallet or in to the platform wallet. Smells like scam to me.
