Delay but Responsive
I purchased Aerith Red Dress from Final Fantasy VII Remake in large. It wasn't in stock at the time which I didn't realize until I received the other cosplay I got in my order. They were very quick to respond, even as I asked later on the status of the order. It did take a while to get here, but it's understandable due to pandemic time and shipping. The dress itself fit extremely well as it is made with a stretch velvet. It comes with all her accessories, which unfortunately the golden bracelet broke. Otherwise the flowers, hair ribbon, other bracelets, necklace and earrings were all good. There was some hot glue still on some of the flowers but easy to remove. Overall I felt the company had quick response so I would purchase from them again.
