Safety needs to be improved
I took a couple of Indigo flights last week, HYD-TIR. It really felt un-safe to me. The flight was about to take off and several passengers were on phone and flight attendants really were unable to control the situation. We pre-ordered food and they tried to charge without seeing the list. While this maybe deemed small, safety issues are not
