I ordered 2 dresses for the first time…
I ordered 2 dresses for the first time with Iridescentsy. I was pleased because the 2 outfits looked nice in the pictures and I needed them for a special occasion. I live in the UK and delivery time was up till 15 days. So I continued to track my orders and on the 15th day to my surprise, according to their tracking information, they stated they had delivered my items to my neigbour and they even took a fake picture of someone's house. I checked with my neighbours who hadn't received any delivery. I've sent 2 separate emails asking for a refund, but they haven't responded to my emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this bogus company. This company is 100 percent fake. Please do not order anything from them as they will take your money and lie that they delivered your items. A word is enough for the wise.
