If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't sign up! I was only able to recover about 5% of my files. That's life I guess- but I then followed "David Arlington's" instructions on the Recoverit website on how to recover 'damaged files' and it did nothing. The "David Arlington" on their website providing all the advice does not actually exist. Stunned me. He's also listed as David F Smith on their 'Happy Users' page. Wonder if the guy even knows his image is being fraudulently used. That's called 'Unauthorised use of an image'. There is no easy way to contact them for advice - 2 bots asking you what product you'd like to buy and several overseas phone numbers which are no use to me. I spent a lot of time on external sites trying to find the reasons for the software's failure but nothing could fix the problem. There should be a disclaimer on the website explaining what it can't do. If it works for you that's good. I canceled my subscription. P.s- Most ppl writing positive reviews in this Trustpilot review have been INVITED to write that review. I think that says everything about this company. Beware! Very sketchy!
