Quality of service provided
I’m leaving one star not for the quality of the product, but for the quality of the service. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from their direct website. There is no communication emails apart from the order email and they look weird too. They don’t follow up with an updates on your order and it takes them forever to even prepare your order. Ordered two same items - from small rig website and from wex. Wex delivered next day, even though they don’t promise next day delivery, small rig didn’t even send me an update. Still waiting on my order. If you can avoid ordering directly from them - do it.
