A bit wary of the company
They do respond to questions and concerns quickly but unfortunately my puzzle never made it to me. They said that the delivery was sent back to their warehouse and now I would have to pay an additional fee to get it. I am in Canada, they had the right address. So not sure who made the mistake,but I said no thanks for extra fees and I won’t buy from them again. Got my lesson. I did what was asked but no response so far. I don’t expect anything. Just disappointed with my experience. It may be completely different for others though. I’m not bashing on the company.
