Hi, the holiday was fabulous. We can now travel direct to pos on a Saturday and Tuesday….. please never let us go via Auckland chaos. With the need to present Vac Certificate and Travel Insurance at check in, the time taken was over 2 hours in a queue - we only just got the Fiji Flight in Auckland. The return flight was delayed (plane defect at Nadi) which meant we missed our flight to but an Andrew agent had already rebooked us - 5 hours later!!!! To get the bags off the carousel - over 1 hour…… then a bus trip from Int to Domestic. Real slow and I suggest more than 3 hours is needed….. Please, never send us via AKL ever again. We have used Farebarber for quite a few years now. We do sing your praises and we will continue to use your services. Having moved from Mornington to NZ has made zero difference - your services are very good for us. The ticketing - ✔️ The itinerary for transfer-✔️ Hotel check in, upgrade, in hotel credit -✔️
