The processing time takes forever
The processing time is taking so long. I was already charged but no QR code received yet (says in the page it will take "under a minute"). I moved from mobimatter esim because the esim I'm looking for is very much cheaper than what Mobi offers. This is a first experience and it's not looking good. Received a reply via email from support and they gave me a 3GB QR code in the meantime while they work on the QR code which apparently got into some issues, hence the 4 stars. Could be perfect 5. Update: received the QR code after 2 hours. Will be 5 stars for now until the actual experience with the esim is complete.
