Alipay Platform seems Reliable & Safe - BUT> Some Listings are not,
I have made three small orders and received them in the UK successfuly. So I decided to try a much bigger item. However, the listings are not really clear - I paid for a Digger- only to get a whatsapp msg within an hour telling me that the price was ONLY an advance payment. The price quoted SHOULD be the price you pay. The listings MUST be clear on this & a lot are not... HOWEVER, it was very easy & safe to Cancel my order. As I always use Paypay for safety, I got a refund within 10 minutes back into my Paypal Account. Good
