I like that you can get glasses without bored eyes watching and waiting for you to decide what you're going to look like for the next couple of years. I don't like that it take almost a month to get your glasses! I like that you get a nice travel carrier for your glasses and I got the clip on magnetic sunglasses included, but the sunglasses still have to "click on". It's not just magnetic, but maybe that's a good thing? I do have one bad issue. The viewing with my glasses for computer work, one(or both?) of the lenses are off a little to be able to see clear. I have to turn my head a little to be able to read. I've been using their service since the beginning, it was Great and then it got worse now it's leveling out. Although concerning costs, it's about leveling out to U.S. and that will probably just send me back to getting glasses here at home. Hope this helps.
