After scrolling through several reviews, they reply with the same generic bulls*^+ that means nothing! We HAVE responded to the official website. That's WHY Geekvape is getting negative reviews, they simply do not understand what customer service is.
I've spent hours e-mailing customer service, sent many videos showing my problem only to be told to take it back to where I bought it. Geekvape will lead you to believe they will take care of you only to be told that I must do EVEN MORE steps to honor their non-existent warrenty. Stay away from geekvape unless your local retailer will honor a warrenty, because geekvape DOES NOT honor their warrenty. You have been warned. Buyer be ware.
