Subscription trap
Be very careful and be sure to read the small print. Bartleby exported hundreds of pounds from me by trapping me by exploiting me through a subscription trap. The company prays on vulnerable youngsters and unsuspecting adults. When I confronted their customer support (Richard, supervisor), he was incredibly helpful, point blank refused to consider a refund and put the blame on me. Thank goodness the government is putting an end to these subscription trap fraudsters. they should be ashamed of themselves.
