What a pain
What a pain. Needed a simple 2-page lease. with 2 addendums-so had to upgrade to $45. After much hassle, was able to fill out addendums, but the final lease didn’t contain my specific wording-they were just blank templates. Also-a simple 2-page lease turned into a 10-page lease because all the disclosures, etc., I unchecked were also included. Was finally able to email to tenant, but they are not able to open it. What a waste of money!
