FWD looks to be a promising insurance company
We went with FWD this year for our maid's insurance, with outpatient clinic coverage. The price is quite good. Pros: - Very good experience with customer support. They were able to help me with my problem quickly. Cons: - The website and mobile app needs to fix some rough edges. It turns out I can't create claims from the mobile app/website, and it's just telling me "oops, an error occurred."
