I have emailed five times in the past 6 days and DMed 6 times as well. Comments on a recent instagram post displayed that I am not the only customer receiving this treatment. The company actually posted a photo within in the past hour so it seems as if I am being flat out ignored. I want a simple refund and return. I also have a second order that I don't even want anymore. This "company" should be ashamed of themselves. Also, change your return policy as it is nonexistent.
