Amazing Customer Service!! Fast Responses!! Fast Shipping!!
Excellent company!!! I’ve made 3 purchases from here so far. First purchase (Sept 2022) was about a dozen ASIC fans and I used PayPal for this purchase. Weng worked with me to find the exact fans I needed for my machines. Second purchase (Oct 2022) was about 3 dozen ASIC fans and I used PayPal again. Fans were shipped promptly and are of high end quality just like the first order. My most recent purchase (May 2023) was for 2 control boards. This time I used LTC for payment and it was actually the first purchase I’ve ever made using crypto. No problems at all. Weng and his team respond very quickly. I honestly have to say, it is probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company. You can tell that they care about their business and their customers, and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. When my team and I are ready to make another ASIC machine purchase, I will absolutely be reaching out to Weng for our business.
