Impossible returns!!!
The dress I ordered wasn't for me and I asked to return. Their 1st reply was to give me $15 off the next order. I replied I wanted to RETURN the dress and they replied quote: "Please give us a 5-star review in this website（We will send you the website later） And we will send you a new style which you can pick by yourself and no need to turn the original one back.You can send it to your family or bestie. What do you think of the offer?" I won't be returning the dress and will donate it since I can tell the return will be a nightmare. They will most likely "lose" the shipment. I have ordered a LOT of dresses online (mostly from Amazon) and will stick with that. BE aware - they are shady!
