I purchased 3 bottles of Fast-Acting Natural Weed & Grass Killer named (Tree Bamboo Grass) which was supposed to deliver visible results in 7 days. I poured one entire container, undiluted, of this substance on a clump of weeds and seven days later the weeds are as green as ever and still thriving. I contacted customer service to request a refund of the two remaining, unopened containers and they refused to refund my money.
