HORRIBLE! Do not use. Waste of time and money
The level of design is absolutely atrocious, response time slow, supposed communication via slack took ME initiating several times getting it set up, and turnover of designs just pathetic and definitely misleading compared to what is listed on the website. DO NOT BE CONNED INTO THIS!! such a beyond horrible experience where they essentially tricked me into making multiple tickets so i would not be able to get out of the supposed 'trial' period. DO NOT submit more than one design for your first two weeks if you stand any chance of getting your money back.
