If I could give 0 starts I would. I purchased 4 packs of hair extensions. Two packs I received were good and not used. The other 2 packs were USED hair extensions I requested a refund and I was told they are not giving me a refund unless the hair is not used / brand new. However the hair was send to me in USED condition- I did not receive a refund and they are not emailing me back, they are just ignoring the issue DO NOT BUY
