Order was lost but customer service did make up for the disappointment.
Edited my original review because customer service did make up for the lost dresses and order not arriving in time by giving a fair refund. The one dress that did come was nicely made, pretty color and good quality material. It didn't fit but that may have been more my fault by not understanding the ordering. I always prefer talking to a human but my emails were responded to within a day and they were very polite.
