I spent several weeks researching folding bike companies before I decided upon a full-sized folder from Flatbike. Bob from Flatbike quickly answered a question I had. He also contacted me before shipping the bike to go over a detail regarding a protective plastic collar on the frame. I truly appreciated the personal service.
