We renting an apartment from tick…
We renting an apartment from tick propety, turned out to be simple and without any problems. At the beginning I had contact with Joanne Rudkin, who was very nice and precise in her work. After telling her what I was looking for and what my financial possibilities were, she offered me an apartment that would meet our expectations. Jo then forwarded my lease to Nino Rizhamadze for the next stages of inspection, and since then I have only had contact with Nini. Nini is also a very nice, competent woman who made the process of renting a place to live without any problems or stress. The apartment was clean on the day of pickup. I contacted Nini about a radiator fault, they sent the service the next day and replaced the radiator with a new one. My wife and I are very happy that we found such a good real estate agency, we sincerely recommend it. 10/10
