I placed 3 orders on Sugargoo on May 1, 2026, and after 68 days I have received nothing. > Order numbers: • O2605010003119 – AMIRI t-shirt ($7.21) – status "Shipped" • O2605010003120 – cardholder ($5.53) – status "Stored" for 68 days, never shipped • O2605010003121 – jeans ($43.98) – status "Shipped" > No tracking was provided, and the parcels never arrived in Colombia. I contacted the seller multiple times – they only send screenshots and offer store credit, not a real refund. > I do NOT accept store credit. I want a full refund to my original payment method for non-delivery, as per your own policy that refunds go to balance first and can be withdrawn. > Please investigate and resolve. I have all proof ready.
