Absolutely terrible - safety Risk
Absolutely terrible. I booked and confirmed. Driver arrived and took me to a bolt driver that he had just booked 5 minutes before he met me. He paid that driver R200. My fare on the app was over R600 !!! For a service that I didn’t get. I felt unsafe, and the Bolt drivers car was filthy he had no clue as to where to take me !!!!! Unprofessional and huge safety risk
