I liked the way Ruby handled the call today. I would give 5 star ratings to her. She is amazing. But I am giving 3 star rating because of following reasons. 1. Connecting Rotimatic to WiFi had so many issues even after we followed the proper instructions. Ruby had some workarounds to toggle between Rotimatic app and other screens on my mobile to make the connection work. How will I or any other end user will know these? That need to be fixed by Rotimatic and make sure that connecting to WiFi is user friendly and easy. 2. The emails which I sent earlier had responses that said connect on chat from App and nothing else. Rotimatic should have a phone call where people are able to dial and call to get immediate guidance. If not phone number, I expected follow ups from Rotimatic on any email that send.
