It was very educational and eye opening. The way Vincent taught with his technique i have not learnt and heard of before. How he targeted MOTIVATED sellers instead of just normal sellers in general is mind opening. Owning a property in Msia has to have a mortgage loan and mortgage loans for 3rd property onwards is only 70%, with lease option available we have plenty of ways to go with.
