truly! not helpful！ I'd told u that the watch had stopped working for few hours, when I woke up and tried to charge it, after half an hour it resume normal until now, I reported that by email with very formal reply, so I review "not helpful" I'm a person for sure but I don't think you are, you are an angry one to a customer, very bad service I ever experience!
