Shipping takes forever
Items were shipped from a warehouse in China although there was no indication this would happen. They took more than 6 weeks to arrive. They offered to ship me extra stuff from their US warehouse whenever I inquired where my items were, and then when I wanted to return an item they insisted I ship it all the way back to China. Never again.
