Excellent Experience
Excellent experience - One of the few online NT Defensive Driving Courses that I could find which would accept a Canadian License (I got a speeding ticket while in the US on business). During initial registration the online form wouldn't accept my license number format...called their help desk and got through to someone instantaneously and without wait. The lady I spoke to was absolutely amazing - registered me for the course over the phone and explained the multitude of security features they have in place to ensure the relevant person is taking the course. Course itself was very informative and well laid out and the questions after each section were suitably challenging...not impossible but certainly not easy either. Highly recommend NTSI - they were brilliant!
