Absurdly long wait for one item
I ordered a hoodie for them back in February, still waiting for the item in mid May. I have been in touch with customer service for months now and their responses are usually spotty, taking several days to a week to respond and assuring me the hoodie is coming soon, rarely with an exact date. Giving two stars because at least their customer service is kind and apologetic. They claimed they shipped it to me last week but the shipping company is still awaiting the package, so they made a label, sent me a notice they shipped it, and didn't actually ship it. I bought the hoodie for an event last month and I would have liked to have known it wouldn't arrive on time. For the prices they're asking, I would hope they could afford some transparency with their customers. I won't be ordering again and I will update when I receive the hoodie, as I have to wonder if the quality is worth the wait I've experienced.
