A iiittle confusing / getting my questions answered . Suggest upon confirmation a simple list of how/where
Was a little confused as to where/how to be "met" ! We were getting in late to Honolulu, so wanted to find out about our first intro to the unit ! Was the unit in a Hotel or Private .7/24 desk clerk etc. Had to write twice, No response, Then called KoKo Resorts - was told to leave message , No return call ! I Finally replyed / ask my questions , on an original e-mail , This was then answered - given access explanation answered . Once clarified - All systems a go ! Great ! Upon Confirmation Would suggest a simple run down on what and how to expect in the beginning. Expedia , RedAwing and KoKo resorts. A simple clarification in the beginning.
