HORRIBLE! We booked a bus from Kualalumpur to Mersing on the 17th at 5am to catch the 12pm ferry! Unfortunately the bus NEVER showed up! We got up at 3:50am to take a 150RM Taxi just to find out after waiting at the correct Gate that the bus will not show up!!!!! Afterall we where stressed out and had to take a 800RM taxi to Mersing! Don’t book with this company! It’s FRAUD!
