Interesting APP/Great team support
I tried the app this morning during the trial period. My account was charged automatically to validate the monthly subscription, but after realizing it wasn't the right fit for me, I contacted customer support to request a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally they handled my request. Their response was fast, friendly, and they offered a partial commercial refund as a goodwill gesture. Even though I decided not to continue using the app, the entire customer service experience was smooth, transparent, and very pleasant.
