Expect extended wait and delivery
Placed my order expecting 3 days for handling, plus 10-15 days for shipping. Order was placed and "processing" remained on my account for several days when the money had been deducted from my checking account immediately. I contacted my "sales manager" via email only to find out one single item was on back order, and would I like to wait until it arrived at facility in 3 days, or delete the item and ship tomorrow without it. I promptly responded- delete the item and continue to ship. Nothing...... Wait wait wait.... Nothing. Contacted again via email... NO response. Attempted contact again..... NO response. All the while checking my order status every day. Now it has been WELL over the expected delivery time and my item has just arrived at the partner carrier in Illinois, United States but MY customer has since left for another service provider and I am out of the money for this repair. Why did I have to research into the problem, why wasn't I notified when the order was placed that items were t available??? Pathetic communication even when I initiated contact. Wait time is expected but give me a break!!! Sometimes, time really is money and I'm very disappointed 😔 I will no longer recommend TVCmall for any of my products or service requirements.
