Booked Our Stay in Italy
While planning a visit to Italy, we encountered some issues with various booking companies and websites when researching location, availability and pricing for vacation properties. Representatives at Summer in Italy promptly responded to our emails and phone calls and we were able to book our stay without additional stress and detours. Luca and Clint were patient, efficient and generous with their time and were informed about a particular property as well as the locale and also offered other destination information. The booking process through the website was easy and seemingly secure. We also were pleased that the “best price guarantee” was honored. And, all applicable costs were clearly stated. In fact, so far, all representations on summerinitaly.com have proved accurate and truthful. We also found the website to be user friendly and well organized. We experienced one-on-one attention and positive customer service. We are looking forward to our stay.
