takes countless hours and support to get it working. Can only install on a 64 bit system! many of us are using older 32 bit computers for our shop diagnostics! Eventually, I was offered access to the web version of the software. This works well on Windows 10 32bit as long as you have an good internet connection. Unfortunately printing from online version is not possible due to format issues. I did find a way to print from the windows 11 64 bit desktop. However, this took support help and reinstallation of the VM and the manual. None of this was explained before purchasing this "non-refundable" product! In the end it is a good interactive manual that will meet my needs. Credit to support perseverance. The website is sorely in need of an update explaining compatibility and refund terms. I suspect most users would not have the knowledge, patience and time to get this working properly.
