Didn’t give me any information about my package
I asked about the tracking and possible date of delivery. They only responded that they wouldn’t know when the delivery date would be, since it was not their duty to say so. If they are the carrier they SHOULD know when they would deliver. But the worst of all was that they didn’t give me any information about the tracking. It is not the first time I have lost packages sent through 17Track. If it was up to me I would definitely would not buy anything that they delivered because they are not reliable!
