It was a terrible experience. I made a purchase and followed their instructions exactly, yet the product arrived much too small. When I contacted them to return it, they told me to keep the product—or give it away—and said they would refund 15%. In other words, I paid $53.99 and they want to refund me $8.09; that is an insult.
