had a surface cleaner that did not work right from day one. i made the mistake of putting it away untill this yr. i then contacted pwaccs. after giving pwaccs different information they requested, they said they would replace the cleaner or give me a credit apply for a better cleaner, that was two weeks ago and they haven't responded to my last email. and they don't have any reps. that you can talk to, i would never recommend pwaccs for any purchase.
