I ordered a light fixture from Litfad. It took some time to arrive and when it did it was defective and had missing parts. I emailed their customer service to make them aware. Although I was disappointed to have waited for the light fixture Litfad made it right and agreed to refund me 90% of the cost. Overall I was satisfied with the outcome..
