PaperTrue
I had a great experience with Papertrue editing my research proposal. Previously, I had sent my research papers to Peerwith but the company cancelled its service this April and I was looking for another editing service. I think Papertrue does an excellent job. Its editors work very accurately and suggest massive but careful changes. They also give detailed and valuable comments (in average more detailed than most of the editors I previously worked with)
