Ring broke very quickly
I purchased a ring from them. It did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and looked as expected. I wore it to go out for four months and the band cracked randomly. When I say randomly I mean nothing happened to it that should cause it to break. I cared for it exactly as you should. I reached out to customer service who did respond quickly but informed me that this was considered "normal wear and tear" and was not covered by the warranty and encouraged me to purchase something else during their 50% off sale. I'm very disappointed in the quality and that they don't stand by their product. For a company that claims to be eco-conscious producing products with such a short life span is even more disappointing. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from them again and wouldn't recommend them after seeing others have had similar experiences with the company.
