This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I ordered 2 tops from this company and it took a month and a half before I received it. I was corresponding with them over this time as I needed them for a vacation and since they were not arriving in the time specified I asked them to cancel my order. I had to buy other clothing for my vacation. They said they could not cancel as it had been shipped but the tracking never showed it moving for weeks at a time. They finally agreed to refund my money and I asked where I could send the tops back. They never replied. Then I never received the refund. I forwarded the e-mail with the refund information and told them that I still had not received the refund and they stopped replying. The email said it would take 5-7 business days. They never refunded my money or contacted with a shipping label to return the tops that I finally record mid June. This has been going on since April when I placed my order and it’s now July. They scammed me out of the promised refund and will not reply to my inquiries. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The merchandise comes from overseas and they refuse to assist you with any issues you have and making false promises.
